What's wrong with Western Express or Swift? If you're being too picky, then you'll have trouble finding work. Either of those companies are good to get started. You should apply. You're having no luck so if Western or Swift will take you, swallow your pickiness and hit the road. You can't get to the best jobs if you don't get experience.aussiejosh, Eddiec, Jamie01 and 2 others Thank this.

Swift and Western don't have driver facing cameras.
Both good choices in your situation.cuzzin it, aussiejosh and bryan21384 Thank this. -
Try Pride Transport out of SLC. Living in Vegas puts you on one of their main lanes.

Don't rule out too many options in the beginning. I get not wanting to go with Western Express but new drivers are Swifts' bread and butter. They might be exactly what you need. With that said, make sure you have the Driver Pulse App from Tenstreet on your phone. You'll use that for most applications anyway, but it can also help with finding companies. Indeed isn't great but I did find my current job on it. Make sure you use CDL in the search. You can also check the unemployment website in your state for listings.
