Ok that's not a clean record. You have a speeding ticket and a possibly not at fault accident, both within the last 5-6 years. But that's not clean. No tickets, no accidents, no nothing, THAT'S a clean record.

Job hopping won't necessarily bar you from getting another trucking job, but the better and pickier carriers may take a pass. Still, I've job hopped a plenty in my career, and while it takes a little longer, I've not had any major problems finding a new job when I needed to. Now I'm not saying that job hopping is a good idea, but it's not always the taboo that some make it out to be. Trucking is a bit of a flighty industry, and a lot of drivers move around trying to find that one carrier that checks off as many boxes as possible. Some companies understand this.

Give these guys a call. Good outfit in the smaller side. You will have to throw chains though, so if you don’t want to do that don’t call. I got a friend that runs for them, and he’s doing pretty dang good money wise there.

How much experience is required. Don't see that on the website.

Not sure on the experience side. My friend went there after working with his city driving a truck. Two years preferred, BUT they will hire students and train them in. Pneumatic, van and flats is what they do.

I hope you get a good job, bro. Unfortunately, when we are in a tough spot, we become easy prey for big companies and corporations. I don't know why you want to drive, but you must have a very serious reason to do so, because knowing what I know about trucking , I wouldn't drive for anyone in this earth , at least I can get pay set salary ( at least 2500 weekly / clean to take home) plus my medical, 401k, vacation , otherwise i rather mop floors somewhere else.
so, I am not trying to discouraged you, because driving trucks in my opinion is the most amazing job. getting to know places, enjoying the nature , freedom, getting to know people from all over the country, BUT , as a driver you don't get to that . trucking became pure slavery because big companies and corporations see in you as a fkn tool. they see you as a machine and soon as you make a mistake or get sick , the y will discard you as trash.
I drive for myself , 100% independent and I will continue doing so , till I retired.
wish you the best and good luck bro.
