    welcome to the forum, companies like that are few and far between, but they do exist. im now a owner operator and i guess im fair and kind to myself, but the voices in my head drive me nuts, "" dave you gotta do that service, and rotate the tyre you lazy bugger, come on you only worked 70 hours so far this week get up you lazy sod""
