    So they're not a big company? Do they not have over 1,000 employees? Do they not have terminals in 5 states? Did they not purchase Super Service? Martin Trucking Co.?

    Sure, you can walk into your assigned terminal and find several people who know your name, but don't fool yourself into thinking they are not a big company or that you can walk up to any mechanic in the company and they know your name.
