Looking to add a truck

Interviews. It is time consuming and rather boring but ... it is what needs to be done.

Been doing interviews for years, so it becomes easy as time to go by.

I just finished up with a bunch of them today, it takes an hour for each one.

So out of the five, two passed my standards and will be offered a road test for next week.

One of them didn’t listen to the description of the work, she was not interested in details which matter to me. I won’t hire someone who doesn’t see the details of the work important.
