I'd ignore the thought of only 1 year being verifiable, if you have income tax returns and were legit driving. Some morons will say local isn't enough experience, but if you've been working in close quarters that experience counts more than bumping docks OTR.

I started OTR in 2002. Jumped around and then spent 8 years in the oilfield. When I started applying to go back OTR I was told I needed training. Told them all I have moved frack equipment including some oversized on every goat path in PA, OH and WV. Your training isn’t necessary and is kind of insulting LOL. They wouldn’t budge.

Lets help Chinatown narrow this down - How much are you looking to earn every week? What kind of schedule do you want? No touch or touch freight?

I've been there myself, only CO, ND, WY, NM UT, AND TX. The local driving like uniform delivery and local distributing for food/beverages can usually still count for your driving history though. Just had a friend who'd worked local for the last 5 years and was able to get on with Wal-Mart because of the type of driving, it did take him a little longer because the Coca-Cola distributor refused to respond to the inquiry.

I'm sorry I really neglected this and applied for quite a few things. Didn't hear back from some of them. Called and left messages.

I'm honestly looking at gross 1500 a week or so. I don't think that's too crazy. Schedule I'd like one weekend day off but I'm not going to stress if I'm out for a week. As far as touch or no touch I'm not opposed to either.
