They have all that. It’s all included. They instant customer service number through an app. Spoke with the vendor beforehand. Was also linked up with the vendor last night for an hour. Programming my laptop to get the licensing. What a pain trying to do yourself.
However, I assure you, it’s just a diagnosis tool for me.

Its my duty to report back and take my licks. The unit did not work out. The comm adapter would not power up. I got all kinds of stories from the vendor. I had power at j1708. Venodr then said requires 24v power supply. I was like wtf. Then later they said by the look of my pins, they are placed differently. That was bull as well. I have all the wire diagrams and all my pins are good. Anyhow, contacted amazon and got full refund and sent unit back. At least you guys have someone that tried out a knock off unit that has cat stickers all over it. I also opened up the unit to look inside.
Anyhow, I found the newest model brand new in cat package from a seller in my state of PA. should be here by friday. I was also given a link by the seller from another usa source that has the software and 3 year licensing for full dealer version for 200 bucks. So 900 for the comm unit and 200 to get it running. Not bad considering, 3600 cat to get everythiing including one year customer version. Most sellers if you can find a legit newest cat comm are selling for 1300

 

yeah then the vendor was telling me it was the cables. but i checked all the leads and everything checked out 100 percent.
