    Shaffer will hire O/O's, and for company drivers (national fleet and some regional fleets) they are giving a $0.05 pay raise starting 10/9.

    Shaffer is also in the process of raising the speeds on company trucks from 62 (pedal) and 65 (cruise) to 65 on pedal and 68 on cruise.
