Looks like Omni specialized is in trouble

That's what's wrong with the world today, no compassion. So how do you do this when you have only one source of income and expenses for two? I'm unable to work and we moved under false pretenses from the POS Tom W., which cost most of our savings, so I asked how you think everyone can do it

 

Nothing good Mark, court date is moved to next month. My husband sat there till the bitter end cause Tom told them that next morning payroll would be in the bank and left everyone high and dry..., oh before screwing them completely over he bought pizza, lmao

I feel for you guys. Unfortunately it's well documented that Tom Witt pulled this same stunt at Arrow Trucking years ago and basically got away scott-free. Hopefully this time the judge presiding over the Omni case will take this into account and consider issuing a warrant for his arrest.

 

Yes...My husband told me the same thing about the pizza but my husband had been close to the yard when this all came out and he sat it out at a truck stop near by...He was not going to be at the yard and told by Tom or anyone else to get out of the truck and off the property.

 

When employees are "sucker punched" like this you lose trust in ANY company, you can't just "Go get a better job" because your still in shock that an employer, a human being could knowingly F*** Over so many people.

 

If someone ever pulled that on me I'd be out of jail before they were out of the hospital ...kudos to your hubby for having much better self control than I would have had !

The ones that didn't see the writing on the wall got hosed. How come some drivers left before getting stranded on the road.
