I did the test. the leak is on the front of the pulley. is the pulley separate from the clutch or is all one peace?

What kind of hub do you have? With a Horton, the pulley is part of the clutch. On a kysor/Borg Warner, the clutch assembly bolts on the pulley. The Kysors are easy to replace just the clutch but many failures are due to the pulley bearings overheating, so you end up taking the whole thing off anyway to replace those bearings.
A Horton style typically looks like this: (mounting may be different bracket depending on application)

Never rebuilt one of those but I've seen them on Freightliners with 12.7's in them.

Generally it's not worth it to rebuild Borg-Warners, just replace it with a reman unit for about $300. Make sure to check the bearings in the pulley. IMO, it's not worth risking fan and radiator damage if they fail, so I just replace them. Bearing kits are usually $75-100 depending on the application.

I have the same problem air leak from secondary . Have manual switch inside cab to cut the air going to fan cluch
Changed air compressor, air dryer assembly , hoses connect air compressor to air dryer and secondary tank still don't fix it.
