I have a maxxforce 13 and while driving it sounds like there is air blowing from under the hood and while climbing even the smallest hills I lose power anyone know what’s going on with this

My best guess would be a leak in the charge air system. Check all the hoses from the turbo all the way through to the exhaust.

I'm no mechanic, but if that orange intake hose isn't in its proper position, it'll cause the tractor to lose power.
And the hose clamp must be positioned and tightened properly. Unlike the sloppy job the mechanic did for this clamp.

Yep I read over the summer where International had to pay up on theses crappy Maxxforce motors, admitting they knew they weren't up to standards but still sold them anyways.
