Losing throttle completely

Throttel position sensor is located on the throttle pedal. for volvo vnl it sold mostly with pedal itself. I saw separatelly only at ebay ,but it is aftermarket

 

road speed reported by speed sensor, which is on the rear end of transmission, basically

 

Is that possible created by a bad starter motor (shorting inside when bumped ) ??

 

It’s doubtful because a starter motor‘s use only comes into play when the ignition switch is turned on, otherwise it just sits idle.

 

Pls I just have the same issue loosing tottle also on my truck..pls did you fix your..help me av spend alot at Volvo shop
