No Catholics? No Buddhists? No Jewish people? How about Native Americans that worship several different Gods?

Question...do most of the big companies have their own chaplain? I've never heard of one before this.

 

IMO, that’s perfectly fine. Would have liked to have known beforehand to avoid wasting my time. Acknowledge the experience as educational, and move on.

 

Certain companies do things religious based. It’s their prerogative. For example, some companies that are Adventist owned will require ALL of their trucks and all employees, regardless of their beliefs, to be off duty for the sabbath, Friday sundown to Saturday sundown.

And if you want to go to church on Sunday, you’re SOL. If you’re not cool with that, tough. Find another job.

This is not being the better person. Shame that time and money was wasted on the situation. Best to just go with the not a good fit and move on. You gain nothing from trashing them. Also have to put a bit of the situation back on you. You did not fully research the company fully. This is a known about the company.
