Call the Doctor who issued it, they’ll have it on file.

I don’t carry the med certificate on me and have never been asked for it.

Maybe try going online at your DMV. Most States have online celf certification services. Check your current status. Get the date of last certification.

If you are an employee, your company should have an employee file that has all your information in it. If you are an O/O you should have the same thing. So call your people you work for and they will tell you when it is due. They can make a copy for you as well to keep.

    The office has it.
    The doctor has it.
    The dmv has it.

    Who gets cards these days?
All I've gotten is the 8x11 the last few medicals.

We are not required to carry the card anymore because we are required to submit it to the DMV.

And it is simple to get that info from your state DMV website. You don't even have to make a user name, just check the status of your license number.

    Siinman Thanks this.

Lesson I once learned and this reminds me to update. Photo copy everything in your wallet. All cards front and back and put in desk at home. You loose it, at least you have the info at home.

I have pictures of all of that on my phone and Google Drive as a backup to show whoever if need be.

Good idea, but I'm known to loose and crush my phone more than my wallet.
