    The pilot over there right now is completely torn up…full renovations going on right now…no cat scale, portable registers, minimal showers as 2of the showers are women’s restrooms due to construction..when i went in yesterday, now I remember why I haven’t been there in ages..

    Agriculture is still the top tax payer in that area. What agriculture wants, agriculture gets. Agriculture wants more truck stops.
    That doesn't work in the southern part of the state but the farmers know who to buy to get things done.

    That will be a disaster in 20 min after opening. Dropped trailers, lot full of day cabs and everyone blocking up the fuel island taking showers or on 30 min break
