Ok, i dont hate loves. But I a frustrated this morning.

Turns out I have a valve stem leaking a lot of air, so I go to the fuel desk and ask about their 24 hour tire shop. "The tire guy doesn't come in until 7am."

Then take the #### 24hour sign down.
I'm sure I could have them call him in. But then, I'm sure I'd be charged out the ### for it.

If the valve is just stuck, air it back up and put a regular sealed cap on it. Sometimes a shot of WD-40 will free them up.

Or is the stem loose in the wheel?

sometimes tightening the nut at the base will keep them from leaking, or if it is in the core. the store may sell a small tool or valve cap that has a slot in it to tighten the core.

turned out I actually had a puncture in the sidewall. That was the air blowing out I was hearing...

Still. I wanted to leave by 8am my time, didn't get out until 11:30.
He took his sweet ### time getting the job done.

I like the love tire shops. sometimes you get one that doesn't do much volume so the tire guy is also the bathroom cleaner... gotta keep an eye on them. but they're the cheapest for used tires and have decent prices on new. And centramatics are cheaper then anywhere else

he was telling me that if I ever need truck tires (he was clever enough to notice that the company pays for trailer tires, my truck owner pays for truck tires) that I should stop by and see if they're having a deal.
The prices were pretty good. i just dont get up to that Loves enough.

Always wonder how they worked the 24 hour deal when they have the tire guys cleaning showers OR running the truck for road service. Last time I was at the one closest to me exit 109 I-55, they had three guys working in the tire shed during the day.
