Low Air Warning

Ok, after closer inspection I DO have a warning light but no buzzer. I only need one or the other for DOT and personally the buzzer is annoying so I'll leave it as is.

However, the red valve pops out around 65psi but the yellow won't pop until 10psi. It's supposed to be 20psi, correct?
