Low Experience Driver - Sign On Bonus

I thought I would give you all an update. Went to Phoenix and at the first day of orientation the medical dot person wanted more information on my hearing (I wear hearing aid), a "note" from an audiologist even though I passed the hearing whisper test from an official medical DOT person, more information and notes from my primary care doctor, etc etc. Basically since I do not live in Phoenix it was completely impractical for me to get any of this while there. I don't want to risk saying anything that might be taken as negative about a company so I will just leave it at that. Anyway...back at it.

Does anyone happen to know what a "Shag Driver" is? I found a job listing for it and have been unable to find it on google.
