low fuel pressure

you can shim it with a couple of metric washers that will fit over the nub on the allen head, but it's a temp fix. until i get the new spring in. my primer pump along with the weak spring i think was my trouble. after shiming it and installing a new primer pump it runs at 100 lbs now.

 

i have no idea all i know is i popped the buttons out of the old one and ran it and fuel pressure went up. installed the new one and it's fine now. someting about those 2 button valves in there was causing this they were sticking or the little spring that is in them was broke. i just dont know.

 

i guess, im going to be capping it off here soon when i install an air dog system.

 

ok update. put in the new updated spring and that did the trick. 105 lbs and the needle stays steady no vibrating around. the primer pump and the new spring did the trick. the old spring was just getting weaker and weaker even with the shim in it. runs great and if i dare say better than it ever has before! far-call and gearhead thanks.
