Low height 5th Wheel

I have a truck that we are going to start hauling box vans with and the total height is too tall by 2 3/4". The riser on the 5th wheel can be replaced with shorter ones. It has a SAF Holland on it now. The height above the plate that bolts to the frame is 8" to the top of the plate. Is there a combo out there with a low deck plate and low risers to make this happen? Before you all ask it already has the lo pro 22.5's on it.
