I'll try to remember to get a picture ot the ramps on my Aspen tomorrow. They have held up very well.

    Here you go:

I've had this trailer since 2009, and it is a 96 model. I've hauled D8s, our 945, and about anything else. I've never had to do a thing to them.

Yes I see where they could get in trouble especially if they are just a little off center when they load.
I just wondered about the sag because I am repairing an older trailer that has a permanent sag and probably had about 4 inches with a 55000 pound machine on it.

Mine is a 94 and was pretty much like that when I got it around 2018
Looks like yours has done really well
I like that flat bottom design so it won’t sink as bad on soft ground or oil and chip roads
That hinge looks light but obviously it’s holding up better than mine
Do you load much on crowned roads…that seems to be how mine get twisted to the point they won’t fold

Picked this one up in Panther, WV. Had to drive it about 1 1/2 miles to get it to a place to load it.

I’m allowed 104K here in WV on 5 axles. It had me at well over 100K, it was low but handled it fine…..

Occasionally, but mostly off road. The double hinge seems to allow a bit of flexibility as well.

I sure like ours. Even with 95k on the deck it still has a touch of camber. It's a 50 ton.

Strap the bottom of the rail with a minimum 3/8X3" flat bar preferably grade T80 or better.
Pull the neck, turn the deck over and block the front so the rail is level. Then you can weld to your hearts content.
You can consider putting a heavy weight centered to stretch the top of the beams and compress the bottom. my boss used 8tons of concrete blocks in between the rails and 3 tons on each outside all sitting on the crossmembers in about 10ft of space.
The 3/8X3" was for tandems, 3/8X4" for tridems and 1/2X4"for multiaxle

That’s how my trail king that needs the ramps fixed is.
It might be partly because it’s got extra heavy main beams so it can be used with a pin on stinger
