A good seat can solve a lot off problems.
Don't be too frugal when buying,it can save you pain and money inthe long run.
Also people forget seats wear out.

Make sure you take the wallet out of your back pocket while driving. Put it in your front pocket. This will probably solve your problem, especially if you're a baller carrying around $2k of cash like I do all day.

Cardio, and put your back rest straight up for a couple of days. Driving 11 hours a day slanted over has worked into your core.

Staying in shape and keeping your weight down are great helpers on low back pain. However, the most important item you need to do for low back pain is keep that information to yourself. Don't let management know your problem because right away they think you'll need surgery and you must go now.

The funny thing is the pain has been gone for almost two months. Last couple of days I was on vacation and spent a lot of time laying down or swimming and pain came back. It was pretty weird

That whats bad, I am in good shape and my weight is in check, I constantly exercise, but still started to have problems with lower back

At this point a new seat and stretching more I think are the only things that are going to help.

It wasn't until I hit 40 that I knew what back pain was as you age the cushion s (disks) between your vertebrae become hard and its easy to tweak theme not much you can do about that . Staying active and stretching keeping your weight in check are something that will help. Try taking glucosamine sulfate as it is suppose to help relive point pain and protect against cartilage deterioration. If I sleep more than 6 hours it seems to bother my lower back.
