Lower back pain

A MRI or a CT is the best way to find out what is causing the pain... then, a specialist can assist in determining what kind of treatment or how to manage the pain... Some problems are permanent and will become worse as we age... Arthritis can also contribute to that... and there's no cure...
I know and have used that machine that stretches the spine... It's very uncomfortable and you gotta stay there for one hr or so... But it helped me some.... I would talk about my back... but not sure who is reading this... so I'll not... All my exams are done whenever I visit my country of origin and I keep the results with me... Almost no medical records in the USA. I'll go see a doctor here but will ask him to keep critical info off the records...
