i never measured, but its a 99 with low air leaf susp. Its what most 379s come factory with. Not a heavy spec with anything extra.

MY 2013, 388 Had a 6mm block in it and it sat up like a 4x4 dump truck lol I went to peterbilt and they had a .05mm block or basically a wedge and I had u bolts made locally cost me total with alignment $520.00 lowered front end 5.5 inches and had to adjust the rear bags a little to compensate the drive angle but has worked fine for a couple years now

but for those of you looking for the car hauler front axle for the 379 it is a meritor part # ff943 or peterbilt part # 02-02969 that's what I have in my 2004 379 car hauler

Just take the blocks out and go to the machine shop and tell them how much you want milled down because they are tapered so ya
