Freight is up, driver list is down. All of the bids are filled but we have no extra drivers... I dont think this is going to work out well......
-
Usually that means going to the staffing services for temporary help.

I burn my 14 everyday.........

I'm really sorry to hear that {smh}......I pass a lot of those USFH and ABF junkers everyday, hope that's not what your peddle is in. Our equipment is pretty good, hopefully it stays that way and your situation improves?!

Oldest ABF road trucks are 2009, a few Mack mostly Sterlings. City trucks are older road trucks. The 2010 Macks are burning up the emissions at around 875,000 miles. The company is selling them to an outfit that will run them in Mexico for $5,000 because they don't want to do a $15,000 repair that may only cause the emissions to go out again.

Fright is down a bit in my region. But we are heavy going into the states. Our Canadian dollar is low, lots of orders headed south.

I am in the Midwest and since the July 4th holiday East/West freight has just been dead except on Friday and Saturday.
