Bid system. P&D. I start the same time everyday and work afternoons. Most senior routes have an earlier start time than me. I'll put my dues in and get there. I choose not to publicly represent my company but it's a big name.

Snitches are despicable all the way around, especially when they're terminal managers masquerading as drivers to walk among us here looking to see who they can screw with.
Suck ups are slightly less aggravating and are more easily ignored until their chicanery starts to affect me. Then we have a problem.
