If they dont accept LTL experience then they arent worth working for. Cant compare hooking up a set, breaking them down , making pickups while delivering, working around a customers lunch break, liftgate deliveries, residential deliveries and deliveries up/downstairs Versus hooking up to a loaded trailer on sunday and delivering it on tuesday and sitting in the cab while someone unloads you.
