I agree with most of that. I worked for 3 LTL companies, Linehaul and P and D. If you have good management either can be good. If they are
disorganized and don't care about safety it can be a miserable experiance.
Before you hire on somewhere, try to ask some of the drivers how well
organized it is at the place you want to work. Will they send you into
the city with a 53ft trailer with 30 stops on it to places a 53 should'nt
go? If you have good management you have a good chance of not being
miserable.
