Lugnuts not tightened on rear duals

    T/A in Atl. paid for used alum. inside wheel when same thing happened to me years ago, but it was next day when I went back for free lug tighten and tec just backed off outside lugs 1/2 turn and when the inside lugs started to spin he was cussing like someone that was getting ready to press in lug studs till lunch, but co. I was leased on to had a office rented inside, so they did it all free?
