"Lumper Only" facility?

    SuperValu lost a lawsuit because they were requiring insurance higher than the government mandated minimum for trucking companies. If your company has the minimum level of insurance required by the government, then they cannot legally force you to pay lumpers to unload.

    ...see if you can file anonymously or check to see if your name, carrier's name, etc. can be kept confidential. The receiver is probably counting on this "fear of retribution" along with a healthy dose of driver ignorance to protect them if they are knowingly breaking the law.
