    so who actually pays for "the lumper"???
    Everyone that buys that freight, in your example, the toilet paper!

    Just like usual, they just pass the extra costs right on down the line to the people that can afford it the least. And just like always the rich get richer and the poor get screwed!!!

    $625 for a lumper was the most i had to pay, and that was at roundys in oconomowoc wi. 16 hours to unload paper plates.
