M & T Swift Hauling was hired through one of our brokers. We hired a 48' flatbed and later found out they loaded our 15,000 lb. haul on a hotshot with another load. They ended up not being able to unload on the other end (states away) and now they are keeping our haul for ransom and will deliver it back to where they loaded at "who knows when, but not this week" and that comes from "Mike, the owner". Huge bill for new material will be coming their way. I have banned them from any of our loads with all of my brokers. A bunch of crooks! Don't use them.

 

Had to contact depth of labor to get my last check and looks like I'll have to contact the IRS to get w-2

 

When I left I had to contact department of labor to get final check they tried to garnish my wages for dot physical that I paid for in the first place and now looks like I will have to contact the IRS for my w-2 the owner is a snake and will lie to your face as long as he can put money into his pulling tractor no breakdown pay and and you have to throw company under the bus for them to pay equipment violation tickets even when you inform them something is broke .. you are told to run the week and bring it on on Saturday on your time and not get paid for it
