M11 vs c-12

    I haven't heard anything at all about a merc engine until I started looking at these m2's. Is that prob not a good engine to look into parts wise or are there enough m2's floating around that it wouldn't be a problem? And I'm assuming the c-7 is something I should stay away from?

    Also what about the isc cummins? I'm looking at the isc-330 and merc mbe900. Both with 330 horse.

    I was talking the big (12.8) merc motor in the Columbia, I still think anything smaller than a 9 litre and less than 350hp I would stay away from at 40,000# Keep in mind that those small motors may list 330 hp BUT they are only running 1000# of tq, I would think you want to be in the 1200/1300 range at least. JMHO
