Hey everyone, just bought a 2021 Freightliner M2 custom chassis with stock OEM LED headlights. My driver side headlight flickers shortly after the headlights get turned on, and don't do it anymore after, until the headlights are turned off and back on. I've looked at the harness; no chaffing exists, no shorts, and all the pins at both sides of the harness look good (not burned). I've contacted Freightliner and it's not in warranty anymore, so I can't go that route. Has anyone had this issue, and if so, what caused it and how did you fix it (if you didn't just replace the assembly)?
Here's a link to youtube to show you what's happening:

One headlight I believe the left is powered by the bulkhead module the other headlight is powered by the chassis module.
I doubt there is a problem with the headlight itself. I would start by cleaning the battery connections have a look in the fuse box for corrosion as well.sean82206 Thanks this. -

I'll take another look. I didn't find any corrosion but I did forget that they're powered by different modules so I'll look into cleaning both of the sets of connections. Thanks for the advice!

Did you take the ground block apart and check the pins?
I know the halogens are prone to burning the pins. -

Ground block is perfectly clean, as if it just left the factory. The pins to the back of the headlight fixture are clean as well, no signs of damage, burning or melting.
