thug is lucky the store owner was not carrying an projectile weapon that could have ended in lead poisoning , but that also means a lot of paperwork that hosing them with paper spray doesn’t .

And most of them are on some kind of drugs ,
So they don’t think logically , some have friend their brains so bad they can’t think at all .
With any folks like this , don’t assume they will behave like a normal
Person .
