Mad as Hell and not gonna take it anymore

You don't really need an attorney. All the law books are there for anyone who wants to read them. You really want to file a case, read up on it, file it, and all you really have to do is out think the other guy. A lawyer is just a man, so beat him at the game. Judges love seeing stuff like that happen.

Don get thrown in jail? JB decide to sit and talk and pay him to go away?

 

He will get tired of the guys with no clue telling him how wrong he is and join those of us that just half heartedly throw out their advice from time to time.

I agree with you on the attorney thing. I think you have came to the realization that JB Hunt is never going to pay you what you deserve. I don't think that this is what your beef is aimed at doing anyway. Sure you would not turn it down but what you are after is for change in the way they treat drivers. You have sacraficed yourself for the good of the next generation driver. An attorney will not only cost money, but he will look to take the fight into the courtroom. You don't want that. You want the fight right out in the open for all to see.
My guess is that JB Hunt looks at you like a fly right now. They think you will grow tired of this and go away. For you to succeed you must show them that you will not tire, that you are in this for the long haul. Once they realize that they will do something. Until then, you can bet that they are just sitting back laughing at you, probably thinking what a nutjob you are and how you are waisting your time.
You can't give up! When you do they win.
