    It will work well especially if it is on the roof, unless you have a luggage rack up there, then you might have problems.

    Got a luggage rack...type...thing, I guess. But its not giving any issues thus far. Ib fact its proven to be a nice way of controlling excess cable, and may help preventing the mag mount from sliding off in a hairy situation!
