Hey, at least your last breakdown last week didn't make you miss your trip to Fargo.

the only problem with just vanishing is, no one notices you're gone. Just ask Sisyphus. Haven't heard a peep for weeks, and only you and xls notice that he(or she) is MIA

Hay Dec 3 to Dec 8th is 5 days just saying So that's 4 500 mile days and time for a 34 drop at 0500 sounds like a nice run to me but I've only been doing this 6 months but I don't see what your #####ing about

SSB, having a wife who has medical issues puts a strain on your mind and wallet. I know. My wife had 2 surgeries with in 1 year, yea we had insurance, still had to pay out of pocket close to 2700. It's OK to vent. We all need to. Can't keep it bottled up. Life sucks sometimes, most of the time it's good. Hang in there.

New math student are we? Let me help...this new math is tricky at first.

Got dispatched on and deadheaded to the load on 12/2 (day 1), picked load up the morning and ran 500 miles on 12/3 (day 2), drove on 12/4 (day 3), drove on 12/5 (day 4), could have delivered the morning of 12/6 (day 5), will be sitting here today(12/6) and tomorrow 12/7 (day 6)...delivering early morning of 12/8 (day 7), and since there isn't someplace close enough to keep my e-log from starting, I will burn untold hours off my 14 getting empty, so that makes day 7 a less productive day. Even if you don't count the day it was dispatched..that is still 6 days for a 1750 loaded mile run. Less than 300 miles a day...I don't like to spend months away from my family for 300 miles a day...plus this will be my 3rd 34 in the 16 days since I hooked to my 1st Magnum trailer... Granted one of those was when they got me thru the house to pick up my stuff...but still...Just sayin :dontknow:

I don't have curtains for the front of my cab. Just for my sleeper. Something I'll have to remedy the next time I swing through the shop.

They count that at this one?...thought it was just from inside the Petro...it does need it. Besides that, a shower and 2 dinners cover day 2's fee (haven't stopped at Wally for a resupply since I was home)...grasias

I have calmed down quite a bit since I shut it down...I hope Jeremy is on his game and gets me moving once I am empty. With 8 days before payroll cutoff and a fresh 70, I still my salvage this pay periods check.

Yes the petro blue beacon in bordenton covers parking fees. Just ask another driver to use there shower credit or say you are a team. I've always gotten good loads out of Jersey. All mine where at least 1200 miles. Expect for one and that was to get me home on time to georgia. They pulled one out of there hat for that one. Day before had a p plan going home. They called me that morning saying product wasn't ready then less than a hour later had a broker load going home that loaded right away.
