You can bring your own current long form physical. No need to see their doctors. Huge plus in my book.
I'm in good health, but the only companies I will work for are the ones that accept the DOT card I get from MY doctor. Magnum wants a copy of your long form. Not ideal, but way better then most of these companies that insist you re-certify with their doctors. --That's playing with fire.

Im considering Magnum as my first company to apply to after trucking school, since it's reefer what is the percentage of overnight runs compared to day? Are the waiting times mostly long? Thanks.

Rarely will you have to run nights and load/unloads are limited to 2 hrs. Any time beyond that your compensated.
