I'm not surprised that I'm making things more complicated than they need to be.

 

Went to get a cash advance at Fying j to buy load locks, told me my card was declined. Should have all funds on it.

 

On your company fuel card? Or personal?

 

On the truck wash what do we get. Like trailer engine and wax

Magnum issued a missive recently stating ALL relevant paperwork needs to be scanned. I used to blow that off but as they've been expanding operations the need has arised as most would simply scan the signed copy

 

i always scan all the bills if I deliver it. If I drop it I just scan the trip sheet and I've never had a problem. It's not a bad idea to make copies and scan them though.
Rickydickydo: call dispatch about your card. Have you used it before? When I got my new fuel card I couldn't use it because they forgot to activate it.... But I called after hrs dispatch on a holiday weekend and they had it straightened out in less than a he.
I do know you CANNOT use you card for fuel at the flying J in Fargo. Maybe you can't get cash either. The reason being is they want you to fuel at the Marnum Yard only if in Fargo....

 

I was told in orientation this week that to make a copy of your bills and scan it. Or else they would wait for delivering driver to scan with signed bills to pay you.

 

Yeah, I don't recall covering that topic in orientation either. I'm dropping in Fargo on Tuesday, do I leave the bills with the trl or hand them off to someone? The consignee is listed as Magnum Whse. coming from Standard Forwarding in Chicago so I'm not sure if it's a drop or if it's going to the ltl whse. Maybe I should call dispatch in the morning and ask.
