Magnum radios

Not all Magnum 257's are/were defective from the get-go, just the last batch of them. I believe mine falls into that category. Got it last December.

 

I've got a raptor?, no issues?, Nice radio, good power with out adding any kind of kicker, Dont have any use for SSB, so thats not an issue for me ether, I've only had the radio for maybe a year now, but so far so good

 

Magnums have gotten to be "Hit or Miss" lately...Either they work great, or they are a POS right out of the box...The Magnum S45 HP I bought Back in January spent more time in the back of a UPS truck going back and forth to the warranty shop, than it did actually hooked up in my truck!

Bought first part of January and it was either on the way, or at the warranty shop for the next 4 months...Once I got it back after the 4th time to the shop, I just re-boxed it and sent it back where I bought it originally...
