Not to be a smart ### but with electrical problems your gonna better off taking it to the shop if its something you dont know nothing about which is obvious here. And just taking any John Does advice off of here can get very pricey especially installing $400 parts when your not sure if that's it. Process of elimination sucks, lol.... I know its expensive at the shop but I make sure I always have my ace in the hole shop that dont charge like a dealer and they get to know my truck. Well this is while im local and if theres a problem with the truck and Im home it goes and gets done before i go back out. Oh well, glad you found it...

Hi man I have the same issue as you. I though it was the batteries then I though it was starter. Then I read something about PNDB the light blinks fast and the one on the firewall does too. I disconnected the batteries and plug them back on and the issue persists. What fixed your problem? please help!!!
