What was the problem having same issue
Just a guess, NOx sensor problem.
Also check your batteries, disconnect them and test each one, clean the connector while your at it.

I’m having the same problem. Thought it was nox sensor. We changed and light came back
I’m having the same problem at the moment. I changed the nox sensor and light is still back
Mine comes on once a month and turns off randomly
It was fixed when I parked the truck at the Schneider O.C. in Phoenix and cleaned out my stuff nearly three years ago! I guess some problems are beyond fixing.
