    The police report of the arrest says "the suspect was combative and refused to comply with police requests, kept saying "I KNOW MY RIGHTS!"

    Okay, lets break this down. We'll round it out to 1980 which is 30 years. Arrested 153 times in 30 years turns out to be 5.3 times per year or about once every 10.2 weeks.
