Easy peasy! Not much in life that is easier or simpler to do.
Maybe a local O/O(someone who puts pride and effort into the skill) would spend a some time with you, in his truck, for the proper number of Franklins? -
Our local driving school will toss you in a truck for however many hours you're willing to pay for, and make the truck available for testing. Just takes a few $.

I drove buses with automatic transmissions for 20 years, and the transition to a manual 10 speed was not without... pain. But I’m happy with it now.
