Looks like even the FMCSA website isn't clear. You can't be under the influence of alcohol at all, they mention the .04 in a CMV, but they also mention the .04 without specifying. I did find that some states, including Nevada have it as .04 across the board for CDL holders . . . may be a state by state thing . . . states are allowed to have tougher laws, just not looser ones . . . Better off just sticking with a policy of NONE in ANY vehicle to protect the license

Just like before I'm with you. Hell, I've been so desiccated now the only thing I have left is life. And that's ok with me.

I have seen some states gearing towards that fact but nothing in writing yet. I'm still waiting so I'll fell a little better about giving my CDL up. Why I don't know. I guess it's just like taking away an ole bone from an ole dog.
