MARIJUANA?

Pumpkin Oval Head...I was thinking about that the other day. Taxing it seems like the logical answer, but there is such a massive black market as it is. There would be no diminishing that.

 

There was a massive black market for alcohol during the prohibition. It didn't take long for that to diminish in size. It wouldn't take more than 10 years to diminish the marijuana black market to next to nothing. Most people(who want marijuana) would prefer to buy it legally, if they could.

It is from the National Institute for Health....in looking at their staff credentials, they are all research scientists that have either an MD or PhD....so folks a lot smarter than me, and I would guess you as well.

Who am I am going to trust with research on marijuana....you? Or someone who has a medical background, and knows how to apply the scientific method?

I have no clue as to what research the DEA has done and what research they have done that has been overturned....but I am guessing the Drug Enforcement Agency might be against the use of illegal drugs, at least from what I have heard on the news....

Do you remember which scientific study it was that proved memory loss is not a side effect of smoking weed? As I would like to know more about this study.
