    Talking 80 miles mobile to mobile with 360 Watts Peak power is pretty impressive and I've never seen it duplicated by anyone else.

    You can't do that every day, on demand, thus you lucked into a groundwave propagation event, it's just a different form of skip, but still not repeatable at will, therefore don't really mean that the mics, radios, antennas had anything to do with it. It's all atmospheric and sunspots. You could have done the same thing with a 19 ultra on that same day and time.

    Yep, heard the Witch Doctor in the West Indies and a lot of west coast yesterday. First skip I've heard in a while.

    I pick up a lil tiny bit of florida(im in Novascotia canada) now and then on this pretty much stock chrome cobra..Its rare though..To much boise it seems..Dtb tuned it to a midnight special 250..Not impressed at all with it..

    mark told me I f---ked up buying that 497 Stryker and I know he's right that p.o.s. can't drive this straight 8 pill it doesn't push enough juice into my amp. ..I've got a very expensive wheel chock now. or I'm gonna throw that p.o.s. in a lake... 4/real
