Not talkin about skip..Im referring to truck to truck type of thing..Even without marks tune i could reach around 1000-1500 ish miles..

 

Ok..Just sorta thinkin out loud..Who knows some of the crappy ideas i think of might lead a fella who knows tons more than me to a killer idea..

 

Neverready came up with a cheap killer idea.

 

Not on 11 meters without skip. 135 miles is pushing the limits for a base antenna on 11 meters running 10,000 watts on AM without skip.

1000-1500 mi was skip,i got ahead of myself when typeing the msg..When i said i would jump outta my skin for 20 mi was from trk to trk..
Never smoked a day in my life..tried weed once back in early 90's

 

Yes you keep sayin the dipole idea...Guess who says no to it...He sez dump the long shaft mount i have and just use a 17" shaft on my 10 k..Only reason i know for doing that is useing the door/windshield pillar as ground plane..
