Marten currently??

ca medicine women, I have heard that if a driver quits marten without a two week notice he or she can't rehire on again at a later date. True?

 

I currently know, over 10 former marten drivers, who have recievd a ltter from the company, asking them to come back.
2 of which, never gave any notice. Just parked the truck at thier terminal , cleaned it out , never went back.

Why any one would return to them, is beyond me.

 

Are there any good companys left?

 

could not or would not get you home on time,and need 2 weeks notice yet they give you a load going 1000 miles with an appt time on it and you make your deliveries on time..never understood the 2 week notice thing at that outhouse carrier.###### Randy marten and his shareholders!!!

Those ten, all quit for all the reason i had posted in past posts.
I'm wondering why Marten has started to to ask former drivers to return. It's not like anything has changed. In fact i hear it's gotton worse. And only allowin 6 -7 % of the trucks at any one time to take home time, and none during the major holidays. Why would one want to come back?
If you get tired of thier games drop me a pm for the name of the person, who 'doesn't recruit. I say that, because we don't have to place ads in the tk stop comic books. World of mouth.

Hey I live in Georgia and I wanna drive for Marten. I have a friend who says good things about them and now I see your post. I'm trying to get on the Southeast regional account. Is the hiring process easy or what?
